Teal, teal, more teal!

Have you noticed a theme? Many aesthetic injectors choose similar colors, either due to their existing logos or because certain choices are simply more common in an industry. This was the case with True You Aesthetics, an up and coming aesthetics business in Missouri. Heather and LeAnn reached out to see if I might design a website for them using their existing logo. Both were apprehensive about handling any part of the site on their own, which is a common fear I hear. My goal is to create the site and take the time to answer questions, so that even if you don't need to edit it yourself, you still understand the basics.

Color choice

Sometimes color palettes like these can be tricky. On paper, black, white, teal, and gold don't seem like they'd look great together. A solution can sometimes be to take one "problem color" up or down a bit on the color scale. This is where teal comes in. By brightening the given teal and utilizing black in key areas, we're able to highlight one of their main color choices, instead of trying to hide it. Utilizing clean lines and a more traditional font choice allows this website to feel informative and put-together, without feeling like we used too many colors or mismatched them.
